Day 67 – Over-reaching
6:30AM training is just madness, but there I was this morning, in the squat rack doing 5 sets of 12.

With another packed day of work ahead I was mightily concerned about missing my scheduled legs day. So I went to the gym near my hotel at the stupidly early time of 6:30. It’s a big gym with a lot of machines and racks, which gave me the opportunity to push it pretty damn hard. I slept terribly last night, probably due to the late evening training, and together with this leg day I’m feeling pretty shattered.
My work today was followed by a full round of golf, and then a 3 hour drive home. I think I’ve earned a rest now, which may be coming tomorrow at which point I may try some carbs.
