Day 64 – Back On The Wagon

With two weeks remaining I’m making my final roll of the dice.

Day: 64 of 77
Date: 14/07/2013
Workout Day: 41
Weight (lb): unknown
Body Fat %: unknown
Health: Fine 10/10

I decided this morning that to make that final difference I would once more get back off the carbs. I’ve spent one week on 50g of dextrose PWO, then the next week on the dextrose and an additional 75g of carbs from oats (120g oats) 1.5 hours before bed. This has given me more strength, more endurance, more energy and ramped up my appetite significantly. In that time I’ve also upped my calories a bit. And now my body has got used to all this, I plan to shock it by serving it a low carb (sub 30g) and low calorie (sub 1700) diet for the next few days/weeks. I hope to burn a good amount of fat doing this, especially in conjunction with the extra training I’m now adding.

All day I’ve been craving the carbs and have been very hungry. At times I’ve had a few BCAA pills in between meals but otherwise I’m just ignoring the hunger. Let’s hope this has a positive impact and is worth the pain.
