Day 63 – Saturation

Rest is overrated and was completely off the menu today.

Day: 63 of 77
Date: 13/07/2013
Workout Day: Active Rest
Weight (lb): unknown
Body Fat %: unknown
Health: Fine 10/10

Despite it being a scheduled rest day today, I did little else but exercise all day. Most of this was motivated by the nice weather and the aim of burning some more fat, and the rest was my muscles subconsciously telling me to use all these lovely carbs they’ve been getting used to.

I started with a 6 hour round of golf. It was only three of us playing, so you can probably work out how crap I am. Many lost balls later I returned home eager to do something a little more energetic. So I headed to my neighbour’s house and did circuits and boxing sparring in his garden. After that I returned home and did some more isolated exercises in my own garden. With 14 days left of the programme I’m trying to push it as hard as I can, and today was a good step in that direction.
